About Your Instructor

Nella Ciciulla Albrecht, LMHC, QS, CFMHE, CCCE, CFNIP, is a licensed mental health counselor, Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator, and court-appointed forensic evaluator practicing in Florida's 18th Judicial Circuit. She owns Bella Psychological & Wellness Services and Lighthouse Resolution Group, and developed the Court-Neutral Operating Framework™ from direct experience navigating litigation-adjacent clinical practice and forensic consultation. Her goal is to help clinicians practice with confidence, protect their clients, and reduce legal exposure when litigation intersects with treatment. As an experienced mental health therapist, forensic expert, and consultant, I've worked with hundreds of clinicians who found themselves unprepared for the legal complexities of litigation-adjacent practice. I've seen the confusion, the anxiety, and the costly mistakes that happen when clinicians don't understand their role in the legal system. That's why I created this course.
